MaureenWALSHWALSH (Longbenton). After a long illness, bravely borne without complaints. At home on 3rd March 2008, aged 71 years, Maureen, widow of Hughie, partner and friend of Steve, devoted mother of Jacqueline, Karen and Kevin, beloved nana of Samantha and Billie-Jo, devoted great nana of Ellie and Daniel, also step mother to Stephen and step nana to Donna and Karen, also a dear mother-in-law to Michael and Steve, dear nana-in-law to Paul. Loved very much and sadly missed by all her family and friends. Please meet for service at St. Peter's and St. Paul's Church, Longbenton on Wednesday 12th March 2008, at 10.00am followed by interment at Benton Cemetery at 11.00am. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu if desired to Marie Curie Cancer Care. A donation box will be provided. All welcome afterwards at Four Lane Ends Club.
